Returns Accepted Within 30 Days We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Selected Scent is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.

Restocking Fee All approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Final Sale — Non-Returnable Collections The following collections are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
